How does that work?
When purchasing your Mootrient supplements on the Shop page, you can choose that instead of the one-time purchase you would like to subscribe to a regular delivery of Mootrient products. You can choose 1 month, 2 months and 3 months delivery intervals, so every 30, 60 and 90 days we deliver the Mootrients products that you love.

Can I have a subscription and a normal (one-time) purchase in the same order?
Yes, of course, you can have a one-time purchase in your cart and a subscription as well. On the Cart and Checkout pages you will see the one-time order value and the recurring charges as well.
However, in this case only credit card payments are accepted, cash-on-delivery payment is not available if there is at least 1 subscription product in your cart.
If I order a one-time item combined with a subscription item and I qualify for free shipping, will I also get free shipping when the next subscription shipping is done?
Great question, but no, we can only grant free shipping if the value of the subscription products exceeds the free shipping threshold (125 EUR gross price). So if your recurring order is more than 125 EUR, we will ship that for free as well. If it is less than 125 EUR, the standard shipping price will be charged.
Can I really cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can, there is no lock-in or hidden trick – you don’t need the subscription anymore, just hit Cancel and we are done. No hard feelings!
Can I modify my subscription?
Yes, sure, for example if you have to change the shipping intervals, you can do that on your Account page. The changing of the intervals does not change the price of the product(s).
